Calypso Developer

We're hiring an experienced Calypso developer to build and extend the vendor platform powering fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives trading at a top North American bank. You’ll work directly in Calypso and build new features, extend integrations, and ensure that everything works smoothly.

This role requires experience with Calypso and strong Java development skills. You'll be extending the platform directly, not just configuring it through a UI. A successful candidate will be a strong Java engineer with the prior Calypso experience. You should be analytical, curious, and comfortable asking questions or just trying things rather than waiting to be told.

This is a fully remote role for a professional based in Poland or Romania. You will be working through a Polish company that will provide the support and administrative assistance to make you successful in the role. We are looking for people to join the team long-term.

Only open to residents of Poland or Romania. Citizens, as well as legal residents with permission to work in Poland or Romania, are welcome.

Time zone: you'll need a 3–4 hour daily overlap with US Eastern business hours, as most meetings happen in the morning. During onboarding, you will need to be more flexible and provide more timezone overlap.
