Project description: Our team develops and maintains custom software supporting healthcare operations and clinical workflows. The platform includes backend APIs, system integrations, data-processing services, and AI-enabled applications. Your daily work will include:

Taking ownership of existing C#/.

NET applications and developing new backend services, APIs, and integrations

Maintaining and modernizing applications while ensuring compatibility with existing workflows
Integrating C# services with our Python, FastAPI, SQL Server, and AWS-based platform
Building and supporting containerized, event-driven services using Docker and AWS
Investigating production issues through debugging, monitoring, and log analysis
Writing automated tests and improving application reliability, security, and performance
Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous technical improvements
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable software
Using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure-as-code tools for development and CI/CD

Team & Collaboration

4 from Montrose including 2 developers, 1 SRE and a QA + 2 on the client’s side (PM + Architect)
Regular meetings:
