Business Unit Technical Manager

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Polish SAP CX Business Unit, including team management, coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment.
• Act as the key liaison between the Polish BU, UK management, and Reply Polska, ensuring alignment, communication, and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members in their professional, consulting, functional, and technical development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent growth to build a strong and scalable SAP CX consulting practice.
• Deliver customer projects in a hands-on role as a Senior Consultant, Solution Architect, or Delivery Lead, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide delivery oversight, solution architecture guidance, risk management, and support for project planning, estimation, and resourcing.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation activities, translating customer requirements into effective SAP CX solutions.
• Support project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and adherence to delivery methodologies and standards.
• Develop and strengthen SAP CX capabilities within the Business Unit, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Support pre-sales activities, including workshops, solution design, proposals, estimations, demonstrations, and customer engagement, while staying up to date with SAP CX innovations.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• At least 5 years in consulting or professional services within SAP environments.
• Experience leading and developing consulting or delivery teams of at least 8-10 people.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Experience solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSM, Commerce Cloud, Emarsys).
• Hands-on experience in project delivery as a Consultant, Solution Architect, or Delivery Lead.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, project delivery, and delivery management.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAP Activate.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in international environments.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, estimations, and business growth initiatives.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish.
• Openness to visit Katowice office weekly.
