Business Analyst (m/f/n)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/n) to join a long-term international project delivered for a European Union Organisation based in Warsaw.

Knowledge and skillsHas gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution

• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation
• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis
• Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)

Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others

• Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
• Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
• Presents problem solving skills
• Specific requirements
• Mastery of Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific tools
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, requirements and user stories
• Exceptional collaborative skills
• Versatility in technologies and platforms
• Certificates:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
• Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
• Equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)

Location: Warsaw, Poland – remote, with near-site availability when required.

Rate: 480 - 500 EUR/MD netto + VAT
