Business Analyst (fluent English)

Duties:

Deliver analytics use cases end to end: requirements, feasibility, functional design, implementation coordination, deployment, UAT and adoption.

Elicit and challenge stakeholder needs; translate objectives into functional requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery scope.

Manage and prioritise the backlog by business value, strategic alignment, dependencies and readiness; support Agile ceremonies.

Use SQL for data discovery, profiling, validation, reconciliation and gap analysis, including data-quality assessment.

Specify dashboards and reporting, contribute to Tableau visualisations, and lead UAT to validate correctness, usability and business impact.

Requirements:

Experience as a Business Analyst, Data/Analytics Business Analyst or in a comparable role delivering data or analytics initiatives.

Strong hands-on SQL: querying, joining datasets, validating results and analysing data-quality issues.

Proven requirements engineering, backlog management and stakeholder management, including process-to-data/reporting translation.

Analytical, independent and accountable approach; ability to operate effectively amid delivery ambiguity.

Agile experience and familiarity with Tableau or comparable BI tools; SAP ECC/S/4HANA is an advantage. Professional English required.
