About the roleWe are looking for a Microsoft Fabric Engineer to design, build and optimize modern Business Intelligence and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Depending on your experience level (Regular, Senior or Lead), you will contribute to solution delivery, technical leadership and customer engagement while helping organizations build scalable, cloud-based data and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft Fabric
  • Build and optimize Lakehouse, Data Warehouse and analytics solutions
  • Develop data pipelines and transformation workflows
  • Create semantic models and reporting solutions using Power BI
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems
  • Ensure data quality, performance and scalability across analytics platforms
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects and Analytics teams
  • Follow engineering best practices, including CI/CD and version control
  • Contribute to solution architecture and technical improvements
  • For Lead-level candidates: provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and support solution design and customer discussions
  • Requirements
  • Commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric
  • Previous experience with Power BI and/or Data Engineering
  • Experience building Business Intelligence and analytics solutions
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience developing semantic models and enterprise reporting solutions
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric workloads such as Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Warehouse and Power BI
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Fluent English - C1Nice to have
  • Experience with PySpark or Spark
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certifications
  • Experience with Azure cloud services
  • Experience designing scalable enterprise analytics platforms
