REQUIREMENTS

Min. 5 years of IT experience, incl. 2+ years in a similar role

Bachelor's degree (ICT-specific field not required)

English – minimum B2Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, or Bash

Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible)

Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, VMware ARIA Automation)

Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Red Hat administration/automation

  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based change/configuration/release management
  • Experience collaborating with multiple support groupsGood organizational and communication skills, proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing technologies
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, deployment, and incident response
  • Write scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for routine tasks, data processing, and system integrationUse Ansible and Terraform/VMware ARIA Automation for infrastructure-as-code
  • Analyze existing IT processes and propose automation strategies to reduce errors and improve efficiency
  • Provide 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinate with 3rd line
  • Implement changes per ICT change management procedures; maintain technical documentation
