Amdocs Helix Platform Administrator

Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and support the Amdocs Helix platform.

Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and patch installations with minimal service disruption.

Monitor platform health and performance and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Manage platform configuration and resolve complex application and integration issues.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Prepare upgrade plans, implementation and rollback procedures, and technical documentation.

Support incident, problem, and change management processes.

Skills:5+ years of experience in platform/application administration.

Hands-on experience with Amdocs Helix.

Strong experience in Helix upgrades, migrations, and patch management.

Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, databases, and application support.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with incident, problem, and change management.

Nice to have:

Experience in telecom environments.

Shell or Python scripting/automation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
