AI Solutions & Implementation Manager

Trident BMC is a company operating in the shipbuilding and maritime industry, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and modernization of a wide range of vessels. We deliver projects around the world, working with teams both in the office and directly at project sites.

We are looking for an AI Solutions & Implementation Manager to lead the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across our organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong project management skills with practical experience in AI, AI agents, automation, and enterprise system integration. The successful candidate will identify high-value opportunities to apply AI, develop and validate prototypes, manage implementation projects and drive adoption across the business.

Responsibilities:

Identify business processes where AI and automation can improve productivity, quality, speed, or cost efficiency

Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, from use case and prototype through implementation and adoption

Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for internal business processes.

Build prototypes and validate AI solutions before full-scale implementation.

Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM systems, databases, and internal applications

• Work with APIs, connectors, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, technology vendors, and implementation partners
• Define project objectives, KPIs, risks, timelines, and expected business value / ROI
• Establish appropriate standards for AI security, data access, governance, and responsible AI use.

Drive user adoption through training, documentation, communication, and change management.

Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and recommend solutions with measurable business value.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, automation, AI implementation, or related fields.

Proven experience delivering and implementing AI solutions in a business environment.

Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents, AI assistants, or agentic workflows.

Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and workflow automation.

Experience with platforms such as OpenAI / ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or comparable AI platforms.

Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems using APIs, connectors, webhooks, andautomation platforms.

Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools.

Basic programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with a working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and SQL, are an advantage.

Understanding of enterprise data security, access control, GDPR, and AI governance.

Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

Very good written and spoken English.

Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, engineering, energy, or other project-based industries is an advantage.
