Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping people solve everyday IT challenges? We are looking for a hands-on, service-minded team member to support our workplace technology and keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Manging stock of company PCs/accessories/mobile phones. Assist with disposal of the old hardware
Troubleshoot hardware issues, PCs reinstallation
Support office printers
Support audio-video equipment in conference rooms
Prepare workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, docking stations, cables etc.)
Support network troubleshooting between ISP and company network department
Create incidents/service request to company support teams

It is a part time position – 20 hours a week
