Warehouse Trainee (Supervisor Development Program)

Your role:

Support daily warehouse operations (safety, quality, productivity, cost)

Solve real-time problems and coordinate across teamsHelp implement Lean & 6S improvements

• Manage resources and support team leaders
• Build a positive team culture
• You fit if you have:

Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in Polish

English – advanced level (B2)

Basic knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / 6S (nice to have)

Excel, Word, PPT skills

Availability to work in a shift system (day/night)
