UI/UX Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poland, Hybrid (3 days/week/office)

Contract Type: B2B, 12 monthsRate: 140-150zł/hourWhat you’ll do:

Build and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end features for client-facing portals.

Develop reusable UI components using React.js, TypeScript and modern tooling.

Turn approved designs into polished, consistent interfaces aligned with the design system.

Integrate front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services.

Improve performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

Contribute to code reviews, Agile ceremonies, automated testing and production support.

What you bring:8–10+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years focused on React.js.

Strong React.js and TypeScript skills, with experience building enterprise-scale applications.

Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management (Redux/Context API).

Ability to interpret Figma designs and deliver accurate implementations.

Experience with API integration, front-end testing and debugging.

Basic knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.

Exposure to containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to know:

Micro Frontend architecture (Module Federation).

Basic SQL/database knowledge.

Financial services or transfer agency experience.
