Travel Advisor with Russian

Your responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

Help customers navigate any travel difficulties, ensuring they receive support every step of the way.

Facilitate changes to reservations, including adjustments to travel dates, destinations, and personal information.

Provide insightful information to partners regarding flights, products, prices, fare rules, and online services, contributing to overall client success.

Efficiently handle requests for cancellations and refunds, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Our requirements:

Russian C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written).

Calm and well-organized – you feel great in fast-paced environment, constant change gives you energy.

Team player with great attitude with the ability to work independently.

Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).

Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
