SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute the Integrated Test Strategy and Test Plan for a large-scale Public Sector ERP project.

Coordinate test preparation, scenarios, scripts, and traceability matrices across four distinct Public Sector Bodies (PSBs).

Establish and administer Jira-based test processes, defect triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and retesting.

Oversee Solution Exposure, Data Validation, Solution Validation, and UAT activities while establishing clear test entry and exit criteria.

Produce executive testing dashboards and readiness reports for Steering Committee governance and collaborate with cross-functional program leads.

Travel to Dublin (approx. once per month during planning, and as needed during critical UAT/Solution Validation phases) for workshops, kick-offs, and sign-offs.

Skills:5+ years of hands-on ERP Test Management experience across SIT, UAT, and Data Migration validation phases.

Solid experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Fusion solutions.

Deep proficiency in Jira (or equivalent test management tools) for administration, defect tracking, and status dashboards.

Strong governance and cross-organizational coordination skills, with a proven track record managing business testers.

Experience in Public Sector or Shared Services transformation projects (nice to have).
