What we offer

B2B contract via Devire (up to 240zł/h net + VAT)
Remote position in a multilingual environment

Requirements

5+ years of system architecture leadership experience (securities, banking, asset management, fintech, quant, etc.)
Experience designing or implementing systems that execute, compose, and rebalance investment strategies
Experience implementing data models into an actual production system
Experience improving team workflows using AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and agents
Strong hands-on experience with Golang and TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of the financial regulatory environment
Understanding of on-chain systems/smart contracts

Responsibilities

Design and build a data platform architecture based on securities investment data (quotes, executions, security master)
Design and implement an engine that composes multiple securities into a single investment strategy and rebalances it
Build real-time event pipelines
Design, implement, and operate APIs that expose investment data and trading functions externally
