Tax Specialist

Your responsibilities:

Own tax and transfer pricing matters across Poland and selected Group entities in Germany, Austria, and Italy.

Coordinate intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and cooperation with Finance and Controlling teams.

Ensure tax compliance and oversee the preparation of tax filings and reports, including CIT, VAT, WHT, DAC7, and KSeF-related obligations.

Support tax and financial audits and cooperate with external tax advisors.

Review contracts and provide tax guidance for business initiatives and projects.

Monitor tax law changes and advise stakeholders on their business impact.

Your Profile:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.3-7 years of tax experience with strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT).

Familiarity with tax reporting, accounting standards, and transfer pricing.

Fluent in Polish and English.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with MS Excel and ERP systems.

Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in an international environment.
