Roeslein & Associates, a US-based leader in EPC solutions (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) for the Canmaking industry, is looking for a Systems/Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Poland.

This is not a typical desk job. This is your chance to become a key technical expert, responsible for the full project lifecycle – from system architecture concepts and programming, to the final, exciting start-up of new production lines at client sites in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

We are looking for you if you have:🎓 Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens and/or Rockwell/Allen-Bradley – this is a must).🌟 Proven ability to develop and modify SCADA/HMI systems (Ignition experience is a huge advantage).🗣️ The ability to read and analyze P& ID diagrams.📏 Solid understanding of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, OPC-UA).📚 Proficiency in writing database queries (SQL).💰 A strong willingness to travel (approximately 40% of the time, with assignments often lasting up to 4 weeks).👥 Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with high-level languages (e.g., Python, C#)🗂️ You know English in sufficient level to enable you to work in an international team. Your Responsibilities (Your Daily Challenges):👷 You will be the primary systems resource responsible for the successful start-up of new canmaking production lines or others.📚 You will architect and implement control systems, integrating them with databases and SCADA platforms.📊 You'll participate in international projects, collaborating with our teams in the UK and the USA.🤝 You will manage your own project schedules and budgets.🔧 You will serve as technical support for clients during installation and commissioning.
