About the project

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the document management system, specifically ELO
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with the ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office)
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in problem-solving
• Advanced level of English and Polish
