Supply Chain Transformation Lead (Order Management, Logistics, Fulfillment)

Your roleAs a Supply Chain Transformation Lead you will lead large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation projects across consulting and BPO. Partnering with senior professionals in the business services landscape, you will turn strategy into execution and achieve measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct executive exposure and full accountability for delivery, governance, value realization, as well as contribution to proposal development and client acquisition efforts across supply chain orchestration, sales order management, and logistics.

We are specifically looking for candidates with consulting experience, including exposure to pre-sales, RFP processes, and solution development.

Your tasks:

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale supply chain transformation programs.

Actively contribute to pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations

Lead or support solution design (solutioning) by translating client needs into structured transformation approaches, delivery models, and value propositions

Drive operating model evolution including governance, processes, and reporting.

Establish and run executive‑level program governance (steerco, risks, dependencies).

Integrate multiple workstreams into a single execution cadence.

Own business cases, investment governance, and benefits realization.

Track and report delivered value across cost, productivity, quality, speed, and experience.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leading alignment, communication, and adoption.

Your profile:15+ years of experience in consulting-led transformation environments (not purely operational roles), including both delivery and pre-sales exposure.

Proven experience in contributing to or leading RFP responses, proposal development, or solution design.

Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, managed services, and technology-enabled transformation.

Demonstrated expertise in governance, benefits realization, and change management.

Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Ability to simplify complexity into clear, decision-ready insights.

Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics in a transformation / consulting context (not only operational execution).

Familiarity with AI/digital tools and leading software platforms.
