Participation in the Compliance and AML reporting process., Monitoring changes in legislation and sectoral regulations, analyzing their impact on the company's operations and recommending adjustments and changes to the company's internal documentation, Participation in the process of developing training and educational programs in the field of Compliance, AML, and personal data protection., Participation in the preparation, supervision, and implementation of the AML/CFT process, in particular the performance of the obligations arising from legislation in this area., Participating in the process of applying financial security measures and risk assessment of the Company's clients in terms of AML/CFT., Participation in the process of monitoring, evaluating, and reporting suspicious transactions in terms of money laundering and terrorist.. Knowledge of English (spoken and written at at least B2 level)., Knowledge of Polish (at least B2 level)., Knowledge of Italian language (nice to have)., University degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration., 3–5 years of experience in AML/Compliance, preferably in the international banking sector., Good understanding of AML/CFT regulations and sectoral regulations (PSD2) and KNF/EBA guidelines., Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., Strong analytical and structural thinking skills combined with excellent communication abilities., Strong reporting and data presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports., Result-driven, well-organized, team-oriented, open to change and process automation.
