Solution Architect (Java | React | Cloud | KYC)

Location: Kraków (Hybrid) 6x per month

Contract: B2BRate: 170–180 PLN/hWe're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a global digital transformation initiative within the Wholesale Client Servicing domain. In this role, you'll shape scalable solutions that improve customer onboarding and KYC/CDD processes while working with modern cloud-native technologies and international engineering teams.

Your responsibilities:

Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and architecture strategy.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead solution design across the full software delivery lifecycle – from requirements gathering to production support.

Drive the implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-based architectures.

Ensure best practices in software design, security, and engineering standards.

Mentor development teams and support technical decision-making.

What we're looking for:

Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Engineer.

Solid knowledge of KYC/CDD processes within financial services.

Hands-on experience with Java, ReactJS, and microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, application security, and containerization.

Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL database design.

Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience working with global engineering teams and Agile environments.

Familiarity with architecture modelling tools (e.g. Visual Paradigm).

Nice to have:

Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.

Knowledge of infrastructure and network security.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
