We’re hiring: Social Media & Content Specialist

PLN 6,000–12,000 per month

Xentavi is a new growth and tech agency that is aiming for rapid growth this year within numerous industry sectors. We are now looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Content Specialist to manage social media channels and produce engaging content for our agency and clients.

Main responsibilities

• Managing social media channels which may include Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts
• Preparing content plans and publication calendars
• Creating ideas for posts, Stories, Reels and short videos
• Writing captions and short social media copy
• Creating graphics and visual content
• Taking photos and recording short videos at offices, events and client locations
• Publishing content and monitoring basic performance
• Following social media trends and suggesting new content ideas
• Cooperating with clients and the team

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Ability to ideate and execute creative content that converts
• Good knowledge of popular platforms, i.e. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Good working knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva
• Photo and short-video recording and editing skills
• Strong communication, copywriting and organizational skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• Availability to work and create content in Warsaw

Portfolio or examples of previous work

Polish language skills and previous agency experience will be an advantage.

We offer a salary of PLN 6,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience and contract type, hybrid work in Warsaw and the opportunity to grow with an experienced team and growing agency.
