Senior UX Designer

RequirementsAt least 5 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.

Proven experience in collaborating with and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Advanced expertise in creating and maintaining Design Systems.

Strong proficiency in designing low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, technology, analytics, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver user-centred solutions.

Identify usability issues and recommend improvements that enhance user experience and contribute to higher conversion rates.

Plan, conduct, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

Communicate ideas, concepts, and design decisions effectively through compelling storytelling and presentations, including executive and board-level audiences.
