They operate a modern delivery centre in Poznań, supporting clients through complex transitions and ongoing service delivery. They are seeking an experienced Senior Transition Manager to join their team in Poznań and lead complex finance credit transitions from multiple European client sites into their delivery centre.

Position Overview

As a Senior Transition Manager, you will oversee the complete migration of finance credit processes from two European markets into the Poznań delivery centre. You will ensure seamless knowledge transfer, maintain service quality throughout the transition, and establish operational efficiency from day one. This role requires you to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies, mitigate risks, and support post-implementation stabilisation. Your work will directly impact the success of client relationships and the operational performance of the delivery centre.
