Senior Test Automation Engineer (Java/Selenium)

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and continuously improve automated test cases for Web UI and AP

• IsAutomate newly created test scenarios, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI in test automation
• Maintain and improve the existing test automation framework and code repository according to engineering best practices
• Monitor daily automated test runs, analyse results and investigate failures
• Maintain automated test cases in both the code repository and test management tools
• Implement fixes and required changes in automation codePlan and execute regression testing for application releases
• Identify, report, track and verify defects
• Proactively identify additional scenarios suitable for automation and extend existing test coverage
• Provide recommendations based on test execution results and identified risksWork closely with developers, analysts and other team members to ensure high quality throughout the delivery process
• Support manual testing activities when required
• Follow internal testing standards and established QA processes Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in Test Automation5+ years of experience with Web UI test automation using Selenium5+ years of Java development / test automation coding experience
• Strong experience in functional, system and integration testing3+ years of API automation testing experience, including REST APIs and SOAP
• Strong experience with Git and maintaining remote code repositories
• Practical experience with Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Experience maintaining and executing automated test suites as part of scheduled CI/CD runsGood knowledge of general testing methodologies at approximately ISTQB Foundation Level3+ years of experience with test management tools, preferably qTest, HP ALM or similar
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Good communication skills and English at B2 level or higherNice to have:
