Senior SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Consultant)

Project contextWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Expert, with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC), to strengthen our existing IT HR team and support the ongoing evolution of our global SAP SuccessFactors landscape.

The selected expert will play a key role in partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and perform advanced system configuration aligned with SAP SuccessFactors best practices.

The role requires both hands-on functional expertise and a strong consulting mindset to ensure that business needs are translated into robust, sustainable, and standardized system solutions.

In addition to Employee Central, the ideal candidate should possess solid functional/technical knowledge in at least two of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:

• Performance & Goals
• Compensation
• Succession & Development
• Learning
• The Senior Expert will support a variety of initiatives, including business process enhancements, configuration changes, release management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement activities across the SuccessFactors platform.

They will also provide guidance on the impact of quarterly SAP releases, recommend adoption of new functionality where appropriate, and ensure that system configurations remain aligned with global governance and HR standards.

A key objective of this assignment is to strengthen the internal capabilities of our global IT HR organization.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide structured knowledge transfer to the support team based in India, coaching team members on both functional and configuration aspects of SAP SuccessFactors.

This includes explaining solution design decisions, configuration rationale, troubleshooting approaches, and operational best practices to enable greater autonomy within the internal team.

The consultant will also be responsible for producing and maintaining comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including configuration workbooks, solution design documents, process flows, testing evidence, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.

These deliverables will serve as long-term assets to support future onboarding, operational continuity, and ongoing knowledge transfer activities.
