Your responsibilities

• Advanced Reporting & Data Analytics: Design, produce, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards on invoicing, cash collections, and accounts receivable (AR) performance for EMEA.
• Business Insights & Decision Support: Summarize complex data into clear, actionable findings to identify operational bottlenecks and support leadership decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders across regions to define reporting requirements and streamline data delivery.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify optimization opportunities within the I2C cycle, leveraging modern reporting tools to automate workflows and elevate data integrity.
• Project Management: Lead and deliver reporting and business intelligence initiatives within agreed timelines.
• Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting and training team members on reporting tools and data consistency standards.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or a related role within finance/accounting operations.
• Proficiency in analytical & BI tools: Solid experience with SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (essential for daily global collaboration).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• International Environment: Prior experience in a multinational organization, SSC/GBS, or matrix environment is highly preferred.
