About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with a full-stack mindset: someone who wants to grow in test automation while remaining comfortable with manual testing and test execution. You'll help ensure our platform delivers the reliability, quality and performance expected from software powering global travel, testing across both frontend and backend.

You'll work closely with Engineers, Product Managers and Architects throughout the entire development lifecycle, helping teams build quality into the product from the very beginning rather than validating it at the end. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving engineering processes, driving test automation, challenging assumptions and helping teams deliver reliable software with confidence.

Our engineering teams build cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, React, MySQL, DynamoDB and microservices, with quality engineering embedded into every stage of development. Our test automation is written in TypeScript (Node.js) with Playwright and Cucumber.js, and reported in Allure.

AI-enhanced quality engineering

We use Claude AI coding assistants as part of our everyday engineering workflow to improve productivity and reduce repetitive work. Our Quality Engineers use AI to generate and improve test scenarios, accelerate test automation, analyse defects, create documentation and support exploratory testing.

While AI helps us work more efficiently, quality is still driven by engineering judgement, critical thinking and attention to detail.
