Contract type: B2BCapacity: Full-timeRate: 120 - 150 PLN + VAT / h🚀 About the projectWe are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join a project for a US-based healthcare technology company.

The project involves a mature, multi-tenant SaaS platform used by healthcare facilities. The ecosystem includes a web application, native iOS and Android apps, and integrations with hospital systems.

Our team is taking over the ongoing development of the platform, and you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining its quality standards.

You will gradually take ownership of QA activities from the client's team, develop a reliable test automation approach, and help ensure that releases meet the expected quality standards.

Our teams have real influence on technical and architectural decisions.🧠 Your responsibilitiestake over and continuously improve the existing QA processes in cooperation with the client's teamdefine and maintain the test strategy, test plans, and regression testing approach for web, API, and mobile applicationsdesign, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suitesdevelop automated tests for web interfaces and REST AP

• Isintegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelinesperform manual and exploratory testing, particularly for native iOS and Android applicationstest mobile applications on real devices, including push notifications and test buildscoordinate release testing, assess quality risks, and provide QA sign-off before releasescollaborate with developers to identify defects, improve testability, and prevent recurring issuescommunicate directly with US-based product, QA, and engineering stakeholdersproactively report quality risks and recommend improvements to testing practices🧩 Must havesminimum 8 years of commercial experience in software QAstrong hands-on experience in test automation, including designing and maintaining automation frameworksexperience automating web UI tests using tools such as Playwright or Cypressexperience with API test automation using tools such as pytest, Postman, or REST Assuredpractical experience testing native iOS and Android applications on real devicesexperience testing mobile-specific functionality, including push notifications and app store test buildsability to design and maintain test strategies and regression suites for large, mature applicationsexperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesability to combine automated testing with effective manual and exploratory testingexperience supporting release processes, assessing quality risks, and making release-readiness recommendationsability to independently organize QA activities and take responsibility for product qualitystrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsconfidence in working directly with international clients, communicating risks, and constructively challenging decisions when necessary
• English at C1 level or higheravailability for afternoon meetings (CET/CEST) with the US-based team✨ Nice to haveexperience testing healthcare or medical softwareexperience with Bluetooth or BLE beacon-based systemsknowledge of mobile test automation tools such as Appium, XCUI
• Test, or Espressoexperience with Python and pytestpractical experience using Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools for test creation and maintenancefamiliarity with regulated environments, including HIPAA, test traceability, and documentationexperience testing HL7 / FHIR integrations or multi-tenant SaaS platformsexperience with performance testing tools such as Locust🛠️ Tech stack in project
