Senior Product Manager (turbochargers) – M/K

Zakres obowiązków Develop and implement the product strategy for the turbocharger category in the European market Analyze market trends, competition, and technological developments (OE/ Aftermarket) Develop and manage the product portfolio Responsibility for pricing, margins, and category profitability Prepare strategic reviews and annual budgets Cooperate with engineering, production, and commercial teams Maintain direct contact with B2B customers across the European market Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 people Wymagania University degree (preferred: engineering, business, marketing) Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role In-depth product knowledge of turbochargers (aftermarket and/or OE) – mandatory requirement Strong technical understanding of the product and the automotive market Experience in P& L analysis and budgeting Experience working with B2B customers Ability to combine technical insight with business perspective Very good command of English (B2/C1 level) Willingness to travel for business purposes Oferujemy Annual bonus dependent on performance Co-financing of a sports card Private medical care Access to group insurance Work in an international environment with significant impact on business strategy Remote/ hybrid working model Real influence on the development of the product category in Europe
