Senior Order Management Specialist with Turkish

This role supports the Cluster Supply Chain team in customer service, order management, and execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks with customers at national and state levels, supporting supply chain training, and collaborating with departments to resolve issues and implement actions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from creation to delivery, including updates, pricing checks, and system entry.
• Analyze stock levels and sales data to suggest order quantities and ensure product availability in cooperation with planning teams.
• Monitor order execution, coordinate deliveries with logistics partners, and proactively communicate any issues such as delays or shortages to customers.
• Handle returns by organizing pickups and resolving related issues.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Support reporting, contribute to process improvements, and assist in onboarding and guiding team members.
