Location: Gdańsk or WarsawWork Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week at the Client's office)

Rate: up to 120 PLN/hAbout the Role:

For our Client in the banking industry, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager.

Please note: Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party for this position. We will sign the cooperation agreement directly with the chosen candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end project execution from planning through closure.

Plan and manage delivery activities including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets.

Facilitate governance activities and approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and report delivery progress, proactively identifying and escalating risks to ensure predictable execution.

Champion change management and promote a strong delivery culture while adhering to core technology change processes.

Requirements:

Proven track record in leading technology projects.

Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Financial and resource management experience, including proficiency with project management tools.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Advanced presentation skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.

Languages: Native Polish and Fluent English.

Nice to have:

Track record in banking or financial services projects.

Good understanding of Information Security risks within financial organizations.

Experience with application lifecycle management, vulnerabilities identification, and remediation.

Relevant project management certifications.

Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
