Senior IT Analyst - Mortgage Solutions

Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements using data, process, and information modeling techniques

Translate business needs into clear development tasks and user stories
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to contribute to IT solution design
Support development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving business-related questions during the software lifecycle
Ensure consistency and quality of requirements throughout design and development phases Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst, preferably within financial services or mortgage-related solutions

Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements, including translating them into user stories and development tasksHands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience with process and system modelling (UML, BPMN) and ability to create clear, structured documentation
Understanding of system integrations (APIs/REST) and knowledge of databases (SQL)

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Experience in mortgage or lending domain and understanding of loan lifecycle

Experience supporting testing activities (e.g. UAT, test scenarios)

Familiarity with regulatory environments and large, distributed organizations Offer:
