• Become an independent team member, not only a project contributorBe an expert in what you doBuild and maintain Node.js backend services for content migration pipelines
• Design and implement data transformation layers that map legacy CMS content to Arc XP format
• Debug and solve data problems between source and target systems
• Build reusable components based on Arc design patterns
• Improve frontend performance and keep the component architecture cleanMake sure the application follows accessibility and responsive design standards🎯 You’re the right candidate if you have5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript3+ years of Node.js backend development3+ years of React development
• Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization, web analytics, and accessibility standards
• Good understanding of REST AP
• IsKnowledge of Redis, including caching, pub/sub, and queues
• Basic knowledge of Docker and experience working with containers
• English at B2+ level
• Experience reading and understanding existing codebases quickly
• Ability to write code that other developers can easily read and maintain
• Good understanding of design patterns and software development best practices🧩 Will be a big plus
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Directus, Strapi, etc.

Experience setting up event analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe, Amplitude, or Piano

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization
• Experience migrating data between different content platforms or databases
• Knowledge of performance optimization for content-heavy websites
• Experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Experience with custom React-based frameworks💻 Tech stack on different projects
• Backend: Xano (low-code backend as a service, database, and API layer), NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, tRPC
