• Strong support to logistic operations in warehouses
• Manage maintenance of mainly electrical systems and also Fire protection, security, HVAC, Water
• Implement preventive maintenance plans and building inspection process
• Support for loss prevention program in warehouses
• Ensure compliance with Polish HSE regulations
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety training
• Manage small size expansions projects (electrical/hydraulic installations), renovations, and facility conditions
• Supervise vendors and monitor performance
• Develop and oversee facility budgets, identifying cost savings
• Implement energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainability initiatives
• Managing small teams of technics in few different warehouse locations
• Our requirements
• Engineer degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field3+ years of experience in warehouse facility, logistics, or manufacturing / operationsSEP G1 >1 kV (SEP G1< 1kV minimum)

Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and warehouse infrastructure

• Familiarity with Polish warehouse/manufacturing operations and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English
