Senior / Expert IT Analyst – Banking (f/m)

We are looking for experienced Senior / Expert IT Analysts to join a large-scale transformation programme within the banking sector.

The programme focuses on the modernization of the core banking environment, replacing local legacy systems with a unified banking platform.

We are currently looking for specialists in one of three areas:

Data Warehouse / CDW & Reporting | Statements | T24 / Temenos Transact

• Your responsibilities
• Gathering and analysing business requirements
• Translating requirements into features and user stories
• Independently driving requirements from initial collection and analysis through documentation and handover to development teams
• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Analysing dependencies between systems and business processes
• Working in a large and complex transformation programme
• Quickly understanding the project environment and navigating multiple stakeholders and dependenciesOur requirementsWe are looking for candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas:

Data Warehouse / CDW & Reporting5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst

• Experience with CDW / Data Warehouse and reporting
• Strong professional knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Knowledge of SQL or similar tools
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• Statements
• Experience as a Senior IT Analyst and/or Senior Business Analyst
• Experience in the banking sector
• Ability to independently gather, analyse and document requirements
• Experience working with business stakeholders and development teams in a complex IT environmentT24 / Temenos Transact10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact
• Strong professional knowledge of banking products
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• Additionally, we are looking forFluent English
• Experience working in large and complex organisations
• Ability to independently drive the requirements analysis process
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in large-scale programmes
• Availability to work in a hybrid model – 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk or GdyniaNice to have
• Experience within a large banking organisation
• Experience in large-scale programmes involving approximately 300+ employees
• Previous experience within Nordic banking
