How you will get the job donedesigning and implementing data models and architectures that support financial data managementdeveloping and maintaining ETL processes to integrate data from diverse sources, including market data feeds, customer information systems, and transactional databasesensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirementscollaborating with business owners, data analysts and scientists, software engineers, and DevOps specialists to support the development of predictive models and business intelligence toolsoptimizing data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliabilityworking in an international Scrum teamSkills and experience you will needfluent spoken and written Englishexpertise in writing and optimizing SQL code and good understanding of MS SQL internalshands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelinesproficiency in incremental and full data loadsfamiliarity with CI/CD integration for data workflowsknowledge of Databricks and Python for advanced data processingstrong grasp of dimensional modeling and schema designexperience implementing Change Data Capture (CDC) in production environmentsability to configure and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for database deploymentsbeing skilled in pre- and post-deployment validationsexpertise in query optimization and resolving performance bottlenecksproficiency in debugging issues across staging and production environmentsfamiliarity with Active Directory (AD) group managementknowledge of role-based access controlintegration experience with Entra ID for secure data access
