• West Code is hiring experienced Business Analysts for technology projects with banks, investment firms and other financial-services organisations. We are looking for people who can work confidently between business and technology and turn complex financial processes into requirements that engineering teams can actually deliver.

Depending on the project, you may support banking transformation, investment-banking platforms, risk, regulatory change, onboarding, lending, cards, process automation, data initiatives or other business-critical technology programmes.

What You’ll Work Ongathering and analysing business and functional requirementstranslating business needs into clear delivery-ready requirementsprocess mapping, gap analysis and impact assessmentworking with Product Owners, engineering teams, architects and business stakeholderscreating user stories, acceptance criteria and structured documentationanalysing dependencies across systems, processes and teamssupporting solution design and implementation decisionsclarifying requirements throughout delivery and supporting UAT / acceptance where requiredhelping maintain alignment between business decisions, documentation and implementation

• Must Have5+ years of Business Analysis experiencecommercial experience in banking, investment banking, fintech or another financial-services environmentstrong requirements analysis and process-modelling skillsexperience working closely with IT / engineering teamsability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Jira and Confluence or similar toolsstrong analytical and problem-solving skillsgood Englishability to work independently with senior stakeholders
• Strong Advantageinvestment banking, capital markets or risk projectscore banking, lending, cards or digital bankingAML / KYC, onboarding or regulatory changedata, AI or process-automation initiativesAPI-based systems and complex integrations
• BPMN, UML or other formal modelling approachesexperience with large transformation programmes or international banking organisations
• Working ModelB2B cooperationremote or hybrid work depending on the projectprojects with banks, investment firms and other financial institutionsclose cooperation with business and engineering stakeholdersinternational environments with English used on most projectsB2B Rate120–170 PLN/h + VAT
• Final rate depends on seniority, domain experience and project scope.
