Your responsibilities

• Designing and developing backend services using Node.js / TypeScript
• Building and maintaining real-time, distributed systems
• Developing scalable solutions focused on low latency and high throughput
• Taking ownership of backend components from design to production
• Working with AWS cloud infrastructure and production environments
• Collaborating with engineers on architecture, performance and reliability improvements
• Contributing to CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
• Ensuring reliable delivery of production-ready solutions
• Participating in technical discussions and improving engineering standards

Our requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js / TypeScript
• Experience building and maintaining real-time systems
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems
• Understanding of low-latency and high-throughput architectures
• Experience working with AWS
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Proven track record of delivering solutions from development through production

Optional

• Experience with Kafka, streaming platforms or event-driven architectures
• Experience with performance optimization
• Knowledge of Rust
• Experience working with highly scalable infrastructure and backend systems
