Senior Analyst - Trade Finance with Czech

Zakres obowiązków Manage complex trade promotion and rebate claims, ensuring accurate validation against contracts, pricing terms, and promotional agreements Oversee the end-to-end trade spend process, including claim adjudication, settlement, and reconciliation activities Lead investigation and resolution of discrepancies, aged claims, and exceptions, engaging cross-functional teams where required Review and validate promotional data (e.g., EPOS, pricing, promotional plans) to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage trade spend accruals, including creation, reconciliation, and month-end true-ups in line with accounting policies Provide guidance and oversight to junior analysts, supporting knowledge sharing and capability development within the team Strengthen controls, ensuring compliance with policies, audit requirements, and Delegation of Authority (DoA) frameworks Monitor and analyse KPIs (e.g., claim cycle time, accrual accuracy, leakage, recovery rates), providing insights and recommendations Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, rule-based matching, and standardisation of processes and data governance Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to improve upstream processes and reduce recurring issues and revenue leakage Wymagania Experience in trade spend, rebates, deductions, or OTC processes within a shared services or global organisation Strong understanding of trade promotion management, including claim validation, settlements, and accrual accounting Advanced experience with ERP and trade tools (e.g., SAP, Vistex, HighRadius) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights Experience in month-end close activities related to trade spend, including accrual management and reconciliations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams Continuous improvement mindset, with experience in process optimisation and automation initiatives Proficiency in English and Czech is required Oferujemy An inclusive environment with support at every stage of the career journey Collaboration with global Employee Resource Groups Hybrid working model: 3 days from the office Private medical care Cafeteria benefits platform Social fund (ZFŚS) Life insurance and Accident insurance Lunch card Annual bonus -10%
