As a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, supporting cutting-edge machine learning systems that transform quantitative investment workflows. Your main responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to advance production machine-learning systems and applications.

Conceptualize, experiment with, and assess AI/ML-based software solutions.

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code.

Demonstrate technical leadership by managing cross-team projects.

Create libraries and frameworks to underpin reliable, testable systems.

Represent Goldman Sachs at conferences and within open-source communities.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

A Master’s or Ph.

D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development for quantitative investment workflows.

Extensive proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

It is a strong plus if you have:

Experience in equities, fixed income, or multi-asset strategies.

Previous involvement in AI/ML research and deployment in financial markets.

Language required for the role:

Fluent English, with excellent command.
