SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay

We are recruiting two SAP SuccessFactors consultants with strong hands-on experience in Compensation, Variable Pay and Compensation Statements.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.

Configure compensation plans, worksheets, eligibility rules, budgets, salary guidelines and approval workflows.

Configure bonus plans, business and individual goals, goal weights, proration and payout calculations.

Support Employee History Data, compensation statements and Executive Review.

Manage Role-Based Permissions and Employee Central integrations.

Perform data validation, testing, UAT, troubleshooting and production support.

Support SuccessFactors release assessments and regression testing.

Requirements8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.

Strong hands-on experience in both Compensation and Variable Pay.

Experience with end-to-end implementations and configuration.

Knowledge of merit increases, promotions, bonus/incentive plans and compensation cycles.

Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation and Variable Pay.

Nice to have: Global implementations and AMS/support experience.
