The RMG Analyst is responsible for generating high‑quality insights and analyses to support pricing, promotions, portfolio, and trade investment decisions. The role combines strong analytical rigour with commercial understanding to identify opportunities, support execution, and ensure continuous improvement in revenue and margin performance. Your responsibilities would include:delivering robust analyses on pricing, promotions, customer and product mix, and trade termsidentifying revenue and margin improvement opportunities using internal and external datasupporting scenario modelling and value estimation for RMG initiativesmonitoring RMG initiatives and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. supporting value tracking and P& L landing through standard RMG tools and reportingcontributing to SP/AP cycles with fact‑based insightstranslating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for commercial teamspreparing decision materials for RMG forums, management reviews, and leadership discussionsidentifying opportunities to improve analytical processes, data quality, and automation You are a good candidate if you have:2–5+ years of experience in analytics, commercial finance, revenue management, or consultingexcellent written and verbal English strong analytical skills (financial modelling, data analysis, insight generation)commercial mindset with curiosity about consumer, customer, and market dynamicsability to structure problems and communicate insights clearlyability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environmentAt HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
