Remote Business Development Manager – B2B Sales of IT Services

Codefia is a software house founded in 2018. We design and build e-commerce platforms, B2B and B2C web applications, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. We also deliver cloud and DevOps work and add AI-powered features to our clients' products.

Many clients come to us with an existing system. We take over projects started by other teams, get them back on track and look after them long term with support and maintenance.

Since 2018, our developers and UX/UI designers have delivered over 100 projects for startups, mid-sized companies and enterprises in Poland, the UK, the USA and across Europe.

We are a compact team, so every client you bring in makes a visible difference. You will work directly with our CEO, who stays involved in key client relationships and supports you in larger deals.

• B2B contract with a fixed monthly fee of 8,000–11,000 PLN net + VAT
• Attractive commission: 5% of client payments on the deals you bring in
