Recruiter (Spanish-speaking)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Spanish-Speaking Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting skilled and unskilled workers for shipyard projects across Europe. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, communicate with candidates in Spanish, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for shipyard positions.
• Conduct interviews in Spanish.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates.
• Screen applications and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Promote the company's employer brand across various recruitment channels.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (native or C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar workers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media recruitment and job portals.
