About Us:

Ferrosan Medical Devices s. z.o.o. is a Polish-Danish company. Our headquarters are located in Szczecin, at Koksowa Street 3 (from Tama Pomorzańska Street). The company manufactures innovative medical devices – wireless breast biopsy devices and hemostatic materials in several forms and versions.

Quality Controller

Responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet defined quality standards and specifications. Performs inspections, testing, and documentation reviews to identify nonconformities and support continuous improvement. Cooperates closely with Production, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse to ensure compliance and effective quality control across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, and final inspections in accordance with approved procedures and sampling plans
• Conduct product testing using defined methods and measurement equipment
• Verify compliance of products with specifications, and acceptance criteria

Identify, document, and report nonconformities in a timely and accurate manner

• Support investigation of quality issues

Review quality documentation (e.g., production records, batch records, certificates) for accuracy and completeness

• Ensure proper segregation and handling of nonconforming products
• Maintain testing records in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Support complaint handling activities and analysis of returned products

Key Competencies:

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
• Continuous improvement mindsetUse of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• English - level B1 or higher
