About the project

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement technology projects, from initiation and planning through deployment and post-launch stabilization
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring successful outcomes
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, including system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities
• Facilitate collaboration between business departments, technical teams, and external delivery partners through structured communication and governance
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure operational readiness and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by tracking project outcomes, lessons learned, and user adoption metrics

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, including previous hands-on experience working with procurement platform implementations
• Hands-on Ariba experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale system implementations or major solution enhancements in complex organizational environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance processes, risk management, change control, and budget oversight
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and multiple stakeholder groups throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Solid understanding of software implementation lifecycles, including requirements management, testing, deployment, and post-release support
• Professional communication skills in English and openness to working in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office
