How you will get the job donedriving multiple complex projects and taking responsibility for their delivery using formal project management techniques planning and follow-up on assigned projects, including time scheduling, cost planning, resource management, quality assurance, etc.collaborating with internal ERGO partners to troubleshoot project planning issuesfacilitating design, planning, and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholdersproactively managing project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation/treatment plansmanaging project meetings, schedules, milestones, and deliverypreparing project correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.ensuring all project costs (actuals) are actively tracked and managed, including SOWs/Purchase Orders, contracts, and internal resource assignmentscoordinating the completion of all documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gate requests on timebuilding and maintaining a successful relationship with teams and business partners

• Skills and experience you will needfluency in Englishstrong track record of delivering projects in a large, complex environment, in a global Finance/Insurance, or regulated industry (2-5+ years)strong management skills, including project management, financial management, change management, and facilitationexcellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing, and scheduling abilityability to build and maintain a business relationship with stakeholdersproven ability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health status for stakeholder presentationsability to drive a mixture of functional and geographic workstreams, and coordinate step change delivery to the business in a unified wayexperience working with agile and classic project management methods
