Project Management

• Managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Managing project timelines, scope, and budgetRisk management
• Providing Agile leadership and expertise
• Supporting clients in decision-making
• Implementing project management best practices
• Service Delivery
• Ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality services for clients
• Maximizing client satisfaction
• Maintaining project administration and documentation
• Building and staffing project teams
• Coordinating sourcing and recruitment needs
• Team Leadership
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
• Supporting and coordinating team members' professional development
• Conducting team performance evaluations
• Here’s a set of skills we require:

Solid experience as Project Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader, Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management, Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team, Experience in the IT industry, Full professional proficiency in English and Polish, Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań),Readiness for international travel at least 10% working time.

Nice to have:

Experience in the financial industry, Experience in blockchain projects, Additional foreign language at a communicative level (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German).
