Project Coordinator – Customer Implementation

Location: Poland, remote

Contract Type: umowa o pracę tymczasową / 12 monthsRate: up to 12000zł gross / monthWhat you’ll do:

Guide customers through onboarding and implementation of a SaaS platform

Coordinate projects from kick-off through go-liveAct as the main point of contact, keeping customers and internal teams aligned
Provide product support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalationsRun onboarding, training, and troubleshooting sessions
Track actions, timelines, and follow-ups using project management tools
Gather product feedback and use customer data to identify improvement opportunities
What you bring:3+ years in project coordination, customer success, customer support, or similar client-facing roles
Experience working with SaaS products and external customers
Excellent English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Notion
Comfortable working independently in remote, fast-paced environments
Nice to know:

Experience with LMS/LXP or learning technology

Interest in Learning & Development or customer education
Experience working with international customers
